and again if you're in Apple ecosystem you should stuck with IPad ;the semi-new IPad pro have a lot potential with long awaited update for the operating system IPad(IOS) 13 ,with it you should have PC like experience.

and if you are not much apple fan we suggest you Amazon Fire 10 HD or Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 . let's be honest Android don't give you great experience with giant screen ;so go with mid range tablet let you watch Netflix , some Youtube  and basic task will be good enough.
